100% Commission for $100 per month

How it works:

Plan 1: Agents get 100% commission for $100 per month less $275 per transaction, plus $350 processing fee that can be paid by client or agent. Transaction fees are capped at $2750 per year. Then 100% to agent less $350 processing fee which can be charged to the client.

We teach you how to get processing fees paid by client so you get 100% of commission after the transaction fee cap.

Plan 2: You pay only $50 per month, and get 85% commission.

Rentals Are Paid 70% to agent.

Plan 3: Graduated commission Plan:
For those of you that do not want to be on our monthly member fee plan, we have an alternative plan for you that works as follows:
1) No monthly fees.
2) Each calendar year you get 60% for the 1st transaction, 70% for the 2nd, 80% for the 3rd, and 90% for all other transactions for that year.

• Agents that recruit another agent get 3 Free months member fee or $300 commission bonus if on graduated commission plan.
